tdiprincess New User Mar 20, 2010, 7:04 PM Post #1 of 5 (435 views) Shortcut hello all! Can't Post - Sign Up! Hello there, I'm a newbie vegetarian. I'm heading into day #6 tomorrow. I've done pretty decent this week. I had contemplated it in the past and Monday last week I just decided that Tuesday I was gonna make the switch. It is a healthier diet (I stay away from the premade fake meats and unhealthy choices...) and I watched the meet your meat video which really opened my eyes.. quite graphically. It made me gag and want to never eat meat again! Anyhow, I look forward to getting to know the place. I'm also on veggieboards.com with the same user name... :)

Oh yeah, you're right, "eye opener" is a really good expression for that Meet Your Meat video. You'd think going veg would be a no brainer decision for anyone who sees it.
